Challenge: Develop a marketing position and plan for Montavilla Sewing Centers to enable the company to compete on more than just price and increase overall profits.
Strategy: ID Graphics developed an on-going and flexible marketing strategy for Montavilla Sewing Centers. In 1999, ID Graphics established the Montavilla Sewing Centers sewing community and introduced a quarterly newsletter to promote the community, new products and useful sewing tips/tricks. As of 2003, the ID Graphics strategy and innovative designs were consistent in all Montavilla marketing images and messages all print, radio, TV, and Internet marketing materials and in-store signage. In 2009, ID Graphics continues to uniquely promote and celebrate Montavilla's 60 years as a local business
